JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2018 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 14.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48882 of 2017. The petitioner is the husband and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that up till now only the case has been committed but there is no progress in the trial and the petitioner is in custody since 22.5.2017.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the commitment of the case has been
