The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149 /302/ 307 / 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Nineteen persons allegedly assaulted to the husband of the informant as a result whereof husband of the informant died subsequently.

Co-accused Banshraj Bhagat and Surendra Prasad have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-4 series. The petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.20485 of 2019(3) dt.10-06-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.131 of 2012, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
