The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 555 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 270, 290 and 272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 16.05 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.10.2017.
