The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 406 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioners took money Rs. 1500/- from the informant for starting NGO for manufacturing of incense but the petitioners did not pay any amount out of profit. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false. There is no chit of paper. The husband of the informant and the husband of the petitioner no. 1 are working in Kolkatta and on account of such dispute, the false case has been lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.5138 of 2015 (4) dt.23-06-2015 2 / 2 allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are ladies, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 178 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
