JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 4 not to encroach upon or interfere with the life and personal liberty of the petitioner in the garb of her marriage with respondent no. 5 on false and fictitious pretext as the same is antithesis to Article 21 of the Constitution of India."

At the outset, reference has been made to paragraph no. 10 of the counter affidavit

Patna High Court CWJC No.15838 of 2014(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 filed by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura, wherein it has been stated that a complaint case bearing Complaint Case No. 1781 of 2014, under Section 494 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed by the private respondent no. 6 against the petitioner on the allegation that the petitioner has performed second marriage with the respondent no. 5 on 11.05.2014, during the subsistence of marriage, in between the respondents no. 5 and 6.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
