Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26,35 of Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.08.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that co-accused-Deepak Kumar Singh has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3799 of 2019.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to

Hence, prayer is refused. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge.
