The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was married with Ranjit Kumar ten years ago but her husband and other in-laws killed her and disposed of her dead body.

It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The deceased herself committed suicide. The husband has already surrendered in the learned court below. There is no allegation of assault or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5438 of 2015 (4) dt.23-06-2015 2 / 2 demand against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in Hisua P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
