Petitioner no. 1,2 and 3 are in custody since 28.05.2018, 30.05.2018 and 26.05.2018 respectively, in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018, for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333,427,353,504 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altogether 39 named accused persons have been made accused in the case which relates to the occurrence of disturbances, when several officials had gone to give land to the parcha
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45957 of 2018(2) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 holders. It is further submitted that thereafter, some altercation occurred at the place of occurrence, but the petitioners have no role to play in the same and have been falsely implicated in the case and are languishing in jail and are having no criminal antecedent.
In view of the aforementioned submissions and the reason assigned in the present bail application of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Nadi P.S.
