KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-10-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "(i) A direction may be given to the Respondent No. 3 to 5 for re-connection of the electric supply in the premises of the petitioner which had been disconnected from 06.02.2018 by the Junior Engineer, Electric Supply, Gayghat, Patna of Consumer No. 10090825 of petitioner after surprise checking by them.

(ii) Show cause notice dated 7.2.202019 which was issued by the Junior Engineer, Electric Supply Division, Gayghat, Patna, may be quashed immediately, because which has been prepared by the Respondents without any prior notice to the petitioner.

On 17.10.2022, we had passed the following order: "Learned counsel for the respondents states that perhaps, the present petition has become infructuous, inasmuch s, the electric connection of the premises of the petitioner stands regularized. Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. However, the interest of justice, matter is adjourned.
