Mr. Raj Kishore Roy, G.P.-18 submits that the respondent authorities will ensure that underground drainage is constructed in the area in question so that neither the petitioner nor the private respondent has any complaint and the dispute is finally settled.
Considering the aforesaid submission, the State is given liberty to do the needful in accordance with law within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.5785 of 2020(12) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 period of three months from today. The petitioner or anybody else will not force the authority to act in a particular manner as per his wishes.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
