The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of making indiscriminate firing but no injury was caused to the informant's side. It is further alleged that the petitioners had previously also threatened the informant for which Lodipur P.S. Case no. 84 of 2013 was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27650 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 registered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the earlier case on conclusion of investigation, accusation was found false and final form was submitted and as per admission of the informant, no injury was caused to the informant's side.

Considering the abovementioned facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. R. Raman, Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
