The petitioner claims that he was appointed as matric trained Assistant Teacher on 17.08.1987 and, thereafter, he improved his qualification and passed Intermediate, Graduation and Post Graduate examinations. He has been granted B.A. trained scale, however, person junior to him has been promoted as Headmaster but he has not been considered for the same.
The petitioner claims that he has represented vide Annexure-7 and 8 to the respondent no.2, the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Munger Division, Munger but no decision has been communicated to him as yet by the aforesaid authority. C.W.J.C.No.9644 of 2016

In such background of the matter, these writ applications are being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a final decision upon the respective representations of the petitioners expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
