2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2024 (arising out of Neemchak Bathani Police Station Case No. 199 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife.

4. The marriage of the petitioner and the deceased was solemnized in the year 2023 and the petitioner is in jail since 7.11.2023.

5. The trial has not proceeded beyond the stage of cognizance and even the charge has not been framed yet.

6. Considering the period of custody and the delay in the trial, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIV, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 213 of 2024/ Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Nimchak Bathani Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
