Let the same be done, during the course of the day. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272/ 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 32.295 liters of foreign liquor from the petitioners.

It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 06.02.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019.
