The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the nephew of the husband of the deceased lady and has been living separately from the said family since long. It is further submitted that the allegation if, at all, was against the wife of one Gorakh Yadav brother of the husband of deceased lady and not this branch of the family. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner is residing separately, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of
