JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 65227 of 2018 and allegation is of recovery of 41 kg. of ganja and petitioner was arrested at the spot.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is Khalasi and the driver of the tempo has already been granted bail vide order dated 24.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 42171 of 2018 and he is in custody since 2.1.2018.

Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, let the trial be expedited.
