2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 19.02.2024, while the informant and others were on way to immerse the idol of Goddess Saraswati, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came there and started assaulting them with fists & slaps and also threatened with dire consequences.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused namely Aditya Kumar, Rajendra Kumar and Munna Kumar, having similar and identical allegation, have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench, vide order dated 02.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 12630/2025 and Cr.Misc. No. 12943/2025 respectively. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
