The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 326 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the purchaser of the house of the informant for which he had paid a valid consideration. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner no. 1 had requested the lady in question to vacate the premises and hand over the possession of the same but he was beaten by them, for which petitioner filed complaint case no. 3386 of 2013 against informant and the present case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30415 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 counter-blast, making false and vague allegation against the petitioners. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 have nothing to do with the matter.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that petitioners have clean antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 326 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) sushma/- U
