2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition some payment, which was due, has been made to the petitioner but till date full and final payment has not been made.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 5 the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5140 of 2020(5) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara within a period of four weeks after Durga Puja Holidays and the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. It is made clear that if it is found that some arrear is due to be paid to the petitioner, the same must be paid within a period of two months. The respondent no.5 shall be solely responsible for timely compliance of this order

5. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
