The petitioner is aggrieved by the counting process which led to the declaration of result in favour of the private respondent as Member Panchayat Samiti, Baisa in the district of Purnea.

That the election has already taken place and results declared, no cause for indulgence is made out and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9204 of 2016 (2) dt.21-06-2016 The petitioner, if so advised, can take recourse to the statutory remedy so available to her under the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 and the election rules framed thereunder for espousing her grievance.
