Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khagaria P.S.Case No.675 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 32 litres of illicit country made liquor from the back of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent languishing in jail custody since 03.10.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of

Case No.675 of 2017/ G.R.No.2792/17.
