JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 05.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

It is submitted that petitioners were allowed privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 7053/2014 with direction to surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P. S. case no. 60/2004 within four weeks but unfortunately order dated 22.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 7053/2014 could not be communicated to the concerned court within time as a result thereof petitioners could not surrender within the period as fixed by this court and accordingly, it is prayed that period for surrender be extended for further period of four weeks.

Accordingly, prayer is allowed and it is ordered that if the petitioners surrender before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P. S. case no. 60/2004 within four
