Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that on hearing the sound of firing towards the P.H.C, Chanpatia the informant went to the place of occurrence and saw that accused fleeing away with arms and came to know that firing was made by coaccused Arbind Ojha though no injury was caused to anyone. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Arbind Ojha against whom there is accusation of firing has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27903 of 2015. There is no specific accusation against the

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
