====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case no. 234 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 18.10.2020, are persons with clean antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel submits that allegation is that son of the informant namely, Sonu Kumar was assaulted by eight named accused persons including the petitioners who are ladies. Learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29923 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 counsel submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioners being female have been falsely roped in the present case.

Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts that petitioners are in jail custody, are persons with clean antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur P.S. Case no. 234 of 2020.
