2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Informant is not eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioners are separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19502 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in Bahera Police Station Case No. 453 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
