The petitioner has filed this writ application only because he is the resident of the same village where Respondent No.9 is working as a teacher.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No. 9 was under age at the time of his appointment as Shiksha Mitra.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9677 of 2015(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 It is an admitted position that the petitioner is not seeking any appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra and or Panchayat Teacher and he has not claimed any relief in the writ petition for himself.
