ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner has been in custody since 20.02.2018 in connection with Pawna P.S. Case No. 54/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, there is no specific allegation attributed to the present petitioner and the allegation has been attributed to all the persons named in the First Information Report.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that other similarly situated persons have been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 23150 of 2018 vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46147 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 2/2 order dated 17.05.2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 21876 of 2018 vide order dated 25.06.2018 and the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 5th Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Pawna P.S. Case No. 54/2017.
