The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section-376 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned court stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to
