Petitioner seeks bail in connection Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case no. 361 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with sections 25(I-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant who fired on the son of the informant on chest and then again on head causing death.

Learned counsel for the informant and learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
