JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to appoint the petitioner on the post of Amin as he has been declared successful candidate in the Amin Competitive Examination (main), 2014.

This court put a specific query to the petitioner's counsel to show the result, declaring the petitioner as a successful candidate. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Admit Card of the petitioner is on record as Annexure 3 series. The counsel is not in a position to place before this court the result declaring the petitioner qualified in the process of selection. There is no occasion for this court to issue any direction in favour of a person who has not been declared successful in the process of selection.

The writ petition is dismissed.
