Petitioner along with others were apprehended by the police personnel and during course of search, apart from recovery of firearms from the possession of other co-accused, from the possession of petitioner Rahul Yadav two live cartridges of .315 bore, cash appertaining to Rs.8800/- and a mobile set were recovered.

Petitioner has got criminal antecedent being an accused in Muffasil P.S. Case No.84/2014 however, considering the period of detention since 28.07.2017, petitioner Rahul Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
