The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 498(A), 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of D.P.Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting and torturing to the informant for non fulfillment of additional dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The case was investigated by the police and the police has submitted final form in this case but the same was not accepted by the court below and the cognizance was taken against the petitioner. Further it has been submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall

On behalf of the State and the informant it has been submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the informant and is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/-(two thousand) every month in the court below, which shall be released in favour of the informant and on doing so, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 68 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
