The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018 in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 210 of 2010 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law and no specific role has been attributed to him. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and shall cooperate in the trial.
