The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(b), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41 of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act, 2016.

The name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused who has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20776 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Rajouli P.S. Case No.7 of 2019 with following conditions :

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court below.
