2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dewaria P.S. Case No. 148 of 2022 for the offence registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 03.09.2022 by the informant, Sovindra Kumar.

3. As per the complaint, the complainant has alleged that the Scorpio vehicle purchased on loan was forcibly taken away by this petitioner along with other accused persons. When the complaint went to the house of the accused persons who are politicians, they did not return the vehicle, went to the police stating but due to the accused persons being influential person, the police failed to lodge F.I.R which followed the complaint.

4. There is direct allegation against the petitioner that he along with the accused persons went to the house of the complainant and forcibly took away the Scorpio vehicle. To make matter worse, when the family members went to the accused's home not only the Scorpio was not returned, they were abused.

5. In the aforesaid background, no relief can be granted.
