In this case, the petitioner is claiming that his father was running a P.D.S. shop having License No. 14 of 2007, he died on 25.09.2015 and has claimed that the petitioner has applied for grant of license on compassionate ground but, the same is pending. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the final decision has not been taken as yet in the matter of granting license on compassionate ground In that view of the matter, let the Authority concerned should consider the case of the petitioner with regard to grant of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9856 of 2016 dt.26-04-2017 license on compassionate ground and take a decision within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
