In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 120 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

The police recovered huge quantity of illegal liquor from the house of one Binod Yadav.

It has been stated that Binod Yadav and this petitioner were doing illegal trade. The petitioner has criminal antecedent. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
