This is 2nd anticipatory bail petition on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, vide order dated 16.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 61073 of 2021 (Annexure - 1), the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., this petitioner is only alleged to have assaulted on the leg of the deceased, whereas, cause of death is head injury. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that this petitioner is one of the assailant of the deceased.

Apart from that, no fresh ground is made out in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.
