2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 341 , 323 , 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have caused fire arm injury in the chest of informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2024 .

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class Saran at Chapra in connection with Akilpur P.
