The petitioner is in custody in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 306 of 2019 for the offence under Section 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2019. Considering the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
