"I. To make payment of the Security money deposited by the petitioner in Re-tender Invitation Notice NIT no. 08/2024-25 which is wrongly and in illegal manner withheld by the respondents for which the petitioner is legally entitled for as the said tender is allotted to some other contractor/bidder.

II. And/or be pleased to pass such other order/orders which may be deemed fit

Patna High Court CWJC No.4669 of 2025(4) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. In support of the aforementioned reliefs, petitioner had submitted representation on 24.01.2025 and it has not been considered by the concerned authority.

3. The concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's representation and redress the same strictly in accordance with law. In this regard, speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
