Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2017. However, he has not been put on T.I.Parade as yet, nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The chargesheet has already been submitted in this case. Only material against the petitioner is confessional statement of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61469 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chhapra Town P.S.Case No. 224 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
