2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with University/Lalit Narayan Mithila University P.S. Case No. 331 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she was in a relationship with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17083 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga/concerned Court in connection with University/Lalit Narayan Mithila University P.S.
