In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 1.1.2015 passed by District Magistrate, Gaya in Supply Appeal Case No. 05 of 2014, whereby and whereunder, the appeal, filed by the petitioner, has been dismissed.
From the order of the appellate authority, it appears that for consecutive three days, the petitioner had remained absent. Having no other way out, the appellate authority passed the impugned order. The petitioner, if so advised, may file revision application. If the petitioner files a revision application, the Revisional Commissioner will dispose of the same within a period of six months
Patna High Court CWJC No.10756 of 2015 dt.13-04-2017 from the date of filing of the revision application. The Revisional Authority, while considering the period of limitation, will also take cognizance of pendency of the present application before this Court. With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
