JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 dated 09.01.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the informant, while he was going by his motorcycle, he was apprehended by the accused persons and his motorcycle was snatched.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that barring the three cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, after being apprehended in the present case, the petitioner has a clean antecedent and in the said three cases, the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail. It is further submitted that even the informant of the present case has filed a petition before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50013 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 learned trial court seeking permission that the petitioner herein is not known to him and he can identify him if he is produced before him. It is further submitted that no T.I. Parade has been held in the present case.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016.
