In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No.106 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the informant, who is line man, has gone to remove the electric fault where the accused persons snatched the key and threshed the informant, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a fake story has been stated in the FIR as he was demanding money, when refusal was done, on that account, this case was lodged by him.

No.16796 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case no. 106 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
