The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant as well as his family members by various means.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09-07-2023. Petitioner is stated to be man of clean antecedent.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present

It is alleged that petitioner has assaulted the father of the informant on his head by means of iron rod. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that opinion on the injury report is reserved. It is submitted that there is delay of one days in lodging of the FIR. 6.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and clean antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail, after framing of charge, if not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023.
