The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Domi Sharma and his wife (the petitioner) approached him for investment of Rs. 1 Lacs in Kisan Pariwar Agro Farming Limited and when the informant went to demand his money, Domi Sharma abused him and also assaulted him. His family members were also assaulted. It appears that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner.
