Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that similarly situated some other coaccused have been allowed anticipatory bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court vide orders at Annexure-2 series.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60583 of 2017 (5) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Magadh Medical Police Station Case No. 40 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
