In view of the statements explained in the show cause filed today, we find no reason to pursue this contempt application which is accordingly dismissed.

2. Having regard to these developments there is no liberty given to the petitioner to file fresh MJC contempt. Accordingly, the present MJC contempt for the second time is not maintainable. Hence, petition stands dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to file interlocutory application to revive the order dated 20.08.2018 passed in MJC No. 2876 of 2016 in accordance with law.
